Shipping policy

All 'standard postage' orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of ordering. 
'Express postage' will be sent on the closest possible mail day. 
All orders made over a weekend will be processed on Monday.
All orders made on a public holiday will be processed on the nearest business day.

Due to our remote location we may have a slight delay in parcel collection from our local Post Office. 

All items will be sent via Australia Post.
We will package our items with care to ensure their safe arrival, but once items leave our hands we are no longer liable for the safe delivery of your order. 
Any damages due to handling will need to be taken up with Australia Post unless they are the direct result of insufficient packaging.
